COMMERCIAL TILE MURALS - Donor Walls

DONOR WALLLS Colorful tile is a perfect choice to enhance the architecture of a space and add value.

Carolyn’s approach is to meet with the client to get a feel for subject matter and space. Design drawings are then developed for the client approval before the final work begins on the tiles. Part of the design work is also to incorporate the names according to the categories.

Some walls have started as a mural and names added on side panels after a capital campaign and some have been meandering in shape to be added to in the future. The tiles can be permanently installed or mounted on removable panels.

Kansas City Free Health Clinic

The kaleidoscope design evolved after meeting the client. The logo used for years is the red heart. The other hearts represent the 70’s hippie era, the 80’s AIDS awareness, and growth into the futre in the black and white shaded heart.

Cabot Westside

This facility serves a large Hispanic population so the client wanted a southwest design. This was achieved by creating a mirror effect with the building in the circle and using Indian figures and southwest colors. Placement of the names was determined by the donation amounts.
